That awkward moment when you just want to stab someone in the face, even though they’re miles away - because they’re just that big of an asshole.

Maybe tomorrow it won’t be this hard. Maybe tomorrow, out from nothing, something will turn up. Something that I thought would never be - will be.

But for now, I’ve got to look out for myself.

Everybody’s always too eager to show off their battle scars first: “I survived this. I’ve been through this much, blah blah blah.” That’s not what should be important. What matters is what you throw yourself into, willingly. What matters are the new experiences you want to experience with new loves.
